ToT Master Coach program for Faculties

Held on 26th September, 2019

A Training of Trainer Master Coach Program Organized by Aravali College of Engineering & Management for the faculties of Engineering & Management studies from 26th Sep to 30th Sept, 2019. This program was focused on building 21st Century skills and how to do holistic development of the students. All the departments proposed their future model class room on the last day of this session in which they can implement the 21st century learning skill. This program was conducted in association with Quest Alliance. Trainers were of International level.

With more than half the population under the age of 25, India is capable of great agility. But a disconnected education and employment sector leaves many youth unemployed or under-employed. What skills do youth need to make meaning of their lives and build self-learning pathways for success in the 21st century? Organizations and institutions are increasingly looking to build 21st century skills in young people. Concurrently, most professionals in the training and teaching sector are beginning to search for skills and opportunity to build their own capacity to work. In a world that is shifting towards online-learning and with organizations and institutions inclined towards building 21st century skills in young people, most professionals in the training and teaching sector are beginning to search for resources, skills and access to learning communities.
