Seminar On Various Civil engineering Design & Analysis Softwares- Working & overview

A seminar on various civil engineering softwares like Auto-CAD, STAAD-Pro, RCDC, SAP2000 etc. were explained by Mr. Harshit Kumar (Technical Manager), CADD CENTRE from 11.10 a.m. to 12.40 p.m on 12.09.2019. An overview of the design & analysis of steel, concrete & composite buildings were elaborated to the 3rd, 5th& 7th semester students. Students displayed their technical skills as they could understand and answer questions related to CAD drawings, since many of them knew basics of AUTO-CAD which is already a part of their curriculum in Aravali college. An insight on BIM (Building Information modeling) was also given which is an upcoming important concept to understand and study for various job opportunities of civil engineering students.
